What a wonderful experience at Jollibee! The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot. The Chickenjoy was crispy and flavorful, the gravy was excellent, and the sides completed a truly satisfying meal. What made our visit even more memorable was the outstanding customer service. The staff, especially the Filipino team members, were very friendly, professional, welcoming, and accommodating. They made us feel right at home and ensured that everything was taken care of with a smile. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was efficient from start to finish. It was a great dining experience for my wife, and friends. Highly recommended for anyone craving great food and exceptional hospitality. We went to dine in here on a Saturday afternoon and it was surprisingly not packed for the Final Fantasy XIV Promo. They didnt have the promo drink in stock but they pretty much had everything else. I really liked the layout and they seem to have a really good system for patrons to lineup including a line outside in the shade. I think we waited like 15 min. Max to get to order then 10min. to pickup our food inside. Staff was nice and the place looked clean. You have to ask for everything including napkins and utensils at the front. Red Ribbon and Jollibee are also connected in the same building. I really like the layout. You need a code for the bathroom and theres only one bathroom for each gender. Crazy with how busy it gets theres only 2 toilets in total. Other than that, service wasi good. They are fast and the place looked cleaner than most fast food restaurants. Id recommend trying their chickenjoy combos.🍗

Came here to try their FFXIV collaboration box meal while I was in town visiting the Anaheim Convention Center. This Jollibee was swamped but service was still satisfactory and the food was quite good. Really great stuff by fast food standards. Ended up eating here again before the end of my trip. Wish I had one of these places where I live!

I showed up at the FFXIV event. It was very busy but all the servers were very nice. The store was super clean even with everyone there. I wanted to thank the staff for being so patient and nice with thr hige line of people. You all were amazing.

Came into this location for the Final Fantasy XIV takeover collab event on opening morning! Absolutely one of the best gaming brand collab experiences I've had! The decor inside is so adorable, lots of cute spots to take pictures and even the drive-thru is decked out! Jollibee food is always tasty, so the combo box is perfect! Can't go wrong with Chickenjoy and gravy, the sandwich is sooo yummy, chicken isn't dry at all! I've been a Jollibee fan since childhood and this hits just right! The staff was super kind and welcoming, we hardly had to wait and there was plenty of seating even though we arrived in the hour of opening. The manager even came by the table to check on us, really felt the Filipino hospitality. We felt welcome and like they were happy to see us come in, unlike other collabs I've been to. The restaurant is also really clean and they're on top of maintaining that. Definitely recommend coming in! And the stickers are SOOO cute! 🥰 Worth it 100%!
